Overview
The camp: Deadwood 1876, gold, saloons, and Shakespeare in the mud. Milch wrote iambic profanity, Ian McShane as Al Swearengen became the greatest villain protagonist on tv, and law evolved gun by gun. Three seasons, canceled too soon, with a 2019 film coda returning. The language alone is canon. HBO western literature. Hoopleheads beware.
