Happy Days
1974-1984 | Comedy | USA | Created by Garry Marshall
Overview
Milwaukee, the 1950s remembered through 1970s eyes: Fonzie thumbs up, Cunningham family warmth, and the Arnolds drive in. Henry Winkler made the Fonz a phenomenon, and a 1977 waterski episode gave the language jumping the shark. Eleven seasons plus spinoffs Laverne and Shirley and Mork and Mindy. Nostalgia as sitcom engine. Sit on it.
